Designers of VMArtists.com are exclusive owners of their artworks.
Every customer should have his/her unique username, and it should have at least one number or letter in it.
Users, who share tubes will be blocked without the possibility of account recovery.
VMArtists.com offers two types of license:
PSP License
Allows to create any graphic digital products for non-commercial use (including PSP tags, animated banners and website designs). We do not allow to create blank tags, banners and website's designs for any third party in any case. We allow recoloring and animating of all tubes from VMArtists.com. Products may not be printed, exchanged, sold, used for profit and commercial purposes or shared in any method of file sharing, including any file hosting, data medium, e-mail and etc.
The final product must contain the copyright symbol, full name of the artist, website name which is www.vmartists.com and the license which is VMA_your username.
R4R License (Resale for Resale)
Allows to resell the PSP tube individually or as a part of a scrap kit. It can be used as a PU tube for tags or as CU/PU in your personal use kits. It can be sold only in PNG format, selling the PSD file itself is forbidden. If you sell the tube as a part of a scrap kit that contains AI elements, please mark that the tube is NOT created with AI. Only 15 copies of each R4R license tube will be sold. Artists will not sell these tubes in PSD format for personal use. We allow recoloring and animating.
